Michigan State is currently tied with Purdue for the lead in the Big Ten.  They have played most of the year without Joshua Langford and recently have been without Nick Ward.

The Big Ten title is likely to come down to the final day of the season when Michigan State will host Michigan in East Lansing on March 9th.   The award winner will be announced in April.
