The Spartans got the game started  with a Connor Cook touchdown early in the first quarter. Later in the 1st, Cook made a 19 yard pass to Tony Lippett for another TD for a 14-0 lead. Wyoming responded in the 1st when Shaun Wick rushed for 57 yards for a TD. Keith Mumphrey rushed for 33 yards to give MSU their 14 point lead back. In the 2nd quarter, the Spartans kept going with an 19 yard pass from Cook to Josiah Price for another TD. Tyler O'Connor completed a 6 yard pass to Mumphrey for a TD with 4 minutes to go in the half. Delton Williams rushed for 4 yards for a TD as well. The Cowboys stayed in the game right before the half with J.D. Krill receiving a 4 yard pass from Colby Kirkegaard for a TD. Late in the 3rd, Running Back Jeremy Langford rushed for 29 yards for another TD for MSU. In the 4th, O'Connor rushed for 12 yards for his second career rushing TD. That was all she wrote, and the Spartans got a huge victory this afternoon. Cook led the Spartans in passing for 126 yards. Langford led in rushing for 137 yards, and Lippett led in receiving for 78 yards.
