Royals Topple Tigers, 3-0

The Kansas City Royals beat the Detroit Tigers tonight at Comerica park, 3-0. It was a pitcher's duel between Rick Porcello and James Sheilds until the 4th after a ground RBI single off the bat of Salvador Perez. Lorenzo Cain took the plate and hit a ground RBI single as well. The last run was scored by the Royals in the 9th after Alcides Escobar hit a sacrifice fly to bring home a run.
