The University of Maryland announced on Thursday morning that because of COVID-19 issues on the team, the Michigan State @ Maryland football game scheduled for this coming Saturday is canceled.

Terrapins head coach Mike Locksley (pictured) has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.  And more than 10 unidentified Maryland players have tested positive for COVID-19.

Maryland saw its game against Ohio State last week canceled because of COVID-19 issues on the team.

Michigan State next plays Northwestern on Saturday, November 28th at Spartan Stadium.  Kickoff time is yet to be announced.
