That title goes to a man named Praveen, a resident from Thiruthangal of Viruthnagar district in Tamil Nadu.

Dante Barnes of Battle Creek, Michigan set the world record for the largest tongue circumference (male) on December 24th, 2021.
What Is The Circumference Of Dante Barnes Tongue?
Dante Barnes's tongue has a circumference of 12.19 cm (4.80 in).
That’s equal to the diameter of a ping pong ball.
When expanded, Dante’s tongue reaches roughly 42 mm (1.65 in) in height and 40 mm (1.57 in) in width.
Dante first realized his unique characteristic after he watched a video of someone else showing off their tongue circumference, and he decided to attempt to measure his own.
