Lloyd Carr Stepping Down From CFP Committee
Carr, citing health reasons becomes the third different member to step down due to health in the committee's existence. Archie Manning was supposed to be on the inaugural panel but bowed out and former USC AD Pat Haden was the other.
Carr would have been one of six former head coaches on the committee this year.
The CFP committee announced they wil not attempt to replace Carr and will instead just go with a panel of 12 members like they have had the previous two years.
