On Friday, the Lansing Lugnuts announced their coaching staff for the upcoming 2020 season.  It will be the 25th season in the history of the Lansing Lugnuts.

The Luggies will be managed by Luis Hurtado, he's the first ever former Lugnut player to manage the team.  Hurtado played a handful of games with the team in 2011.  Position coach Dave Pano returns in 2020, and they'll be joined by first-year coaches Phil Cundari (pitching) and Ryan Wright (hitting).

Lansing opens the 2020 season on April 9th at the West Michigan Whitecaps.  The home opener is on April 16th at Cooley Law School Stadium against the Dayton Dragons.
