Well popular foodie publication Lovefood.com sought to find the best burrito in every state based on genuine user reviews, awards and accolades, and the first-hand experience of their team.
Their pick for Michigan's Best Burrito is Burrito Mundo is Grosse Point Woods!
The takeout joint began serving fresh, authentic Mexican food at 19459 Mack Ave. in 2011.

In particular, Lovefood shouts out one of Burrito Mundo's most popular items - the Maize Burrito with Grilled Chicken.
It's packed with rice, black beans, cheese, guacamole, tortilla strips, and roasted corn salsa. You can also customize it by adding your choice of extras including tomatoes, cilantro, romaine lettuce, and sweetcorn. There's a veggie option as well, with grilled squash, peppers, zucchini, and potatoes.

Other options include the Steak Melt Burrito, California Chicken Burrito, Impossible Burrito, and more. You can build your own too! The burritos will run you $8.99 to $11.99.
In addition to burritos, the restaurant serves up salads, tacos, and quesadillas.
If you're up for some traveling, Lovefood.com says the best burrito in Indiana is Ricky's Famous Burrito from Ricky's Taqueria in Elkhart.
Their pick for Ohio is Brother’s Burrito at Ohio City Burrito in Cleveland and Lakewood.
In Illinois, the top honor goes to the Carne Asada burrito at Taqueria El Asadero in Chicago.
