Is the MSU Football team the best-kept secret in college football? I don’t know yet. But this team is undefeated and has covered all of the betting lines too.

MSU had a depleted football team after the Green and White Game in April. There were at least 33 players that had left the team for whatever reason. But Head Coach Mel Tucker put this team together through the Transfer Portal, which is collegiate free agency.

The top transfer has been running back Kenneth Walker III. He came from Wake Forest, where he scored 17 touchdowns in two years. As we speak, he is the leading rusher in all of college football going into the fourth game.

MSU will host the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday night where they are a five-point home favorite. Walker has been sensational, but this is just the beginning of the season. We have a long ways to go. MSU has surprised many college football analysts who are scratching their heads. They did have some stupid penalties versus the U, but they can be fixed.

Peyton Thorne is turning into a very good quarterback. But, again, the season is young. I’m not jumping on the hype train, just stating facts. So, let’s see how this season further develops as we get more into it.
