Former Holt HS Basketball Standout Faulds Headed To U-M
Former Holt High School basketball standout Jaron Faulds announced via his Twitter account that he is transferring from Columbia University and will head to the University of Michigan as a preferred walk-on on Friday afternoon.
The 6'10" Faulds was a four-year starter at Holt HS from 2013-17, where he played against future teammate at Michigan, Brandon Johns, when the Rams faced East Lansing for three seasons, and played his freshman season at Columbia last year.
Faulds will sit out the upcoming season due to transfer rules and have three years of eligibility left starting with the 2019-20 season. As mentioned before, Faulds will be a preferred walk-on in the fall of 2019.
