Enormous Slip ‘N Slide Coming to Michigan for One Day Only
If you ask any Michigan family about Slip 'N Slides, they'll tell you the same thing. There tons of fun and everyone loves them, especially kids.
My next door neighbor has a Slip 'N Slide and he sets it up for his kids every single summer. It's great fun just watching my neighbor's kids sliding down this ground water slide over and over again.
You can actually purchase a standard Slip 'N Slide just about anywhere, including Target and Walmart. But what if you wanted to take your kids to a huge Slip 'N Slide here in Michigan?
You're in luck, get ready for the "Saturday Slip 'N Slide" taking place on Saturday, August 13. And when I say huge I mean a giant "Slip 'N Slide."
According to mlive.com:
Organizers just announced the 2022 event will take place rain or shine on Saturday, August 13 at Rosewood Park in Jenison from Noon to 5:00 p.m. Jenison is located southwest of Grand Rapids and just northeast of Hudsonville.
It was actually cancelled for the past two years due to the coronavirus pandemic. And now it's coming back in 2022.
Can you imagine how many people will show up for a full day of water slide fun this summer? This event will bring so much fun along with so many smiles for one day only.
Mlive.com adds:
There are actually four huge slides along the hillside. Each slide is around 150 feet long. Everyone going on the slides will need to sign a waiver ahead of time. Sliders under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign it. Tickets and waivers are not yet available.
