New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees says he'll be back for a 19th NFL season next year.

While saying he'd be back next season, Brees also admitted that Sunday's loss is especially difficult, as his career is winding down, and he's running out of chances to make it back to the Super Bowl.

Next season, Brees, who has been with the Saints since 2006, will enter the final year of a two-year, $50 million contract extension that he signed with New Orleans last March.

The NFL's all-time passing leader, with 74,437 yards, Brees threw for 3,992 yards this season, completing a career-high 74.4% of his throws in the process.
