Will Justin Verlander Be Dealt To a Contender?

Well, all good things come to an end sooner or later. Justin Verlander the outstanding veteran pitcher of the Detroit Tigers could be on the move. The Detroit Tigers will probably be looking to dump salaries and his is huge. Verlander has done just about all you can do as a MLB pitcher with the exception of throwing a perfect game and most of all winning a World Series.

The Chicago Cubs have inquired about his services for the second half of the season and postseason. The Tigers would want another team to pick up his remainder of his salary $70 million and get some solid minor league prospects. This is a lot to ask another team to fork over , but some teams might be willing to give to get Verlander.

If Justin Verlander is dealt to another team it will be a sad day in Motown. Verlander has been with the Tigers his entire career. He played  at Old Dominion in college. He has a super model fiance in Kate Upton and million of dollars in the bank. But, he could be destined to go to a contender. Yeah, it will be a sad day for Detroit Tiger fans but it's part of the business. will Justin Verlander end up with a new team very soon?
