University of Michigan senior point guard Zavier Simpson (pictured) was reinstated by head coach Juwan Howard on Friday afternoon.

Simpson was suspended for this past Tuesday's victory over Nebraska because of what was termed "a violation of team policy."  He is expected to be in uniform for tomorrow afternoon's game against Rutgers in Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Zavier is second in the country in assists per game (8.3 apg), and is averaging almost 13 points and over four rebounds a contest.

Michigan is 12-8 overall, 3-6 in Big Ten play.  The Wolverines are considered "on the bubble" for the upcoming NCAA Tournament, although most observers have them in the Big Dance at this point.
