Major League Baseball announced on Thursday that the New York Yankees and the Chicago White Sox will play a regular season game at the field made famous by the 1989 movie "Field of Dreams."

"Field of Dreams" starred Kevin Costner, Ray Liotta, and Michigan natives James Earl Jones and Timothy Busfield.

The game will be played next August 13th at the famous field built out of a cornfield in Dyersville, Iowa. It will be the first regular season MLB played game in the state of Iowa.
