The Wisconsin-Nebraska football game, set for this coming Saturday in Lincoln, Nebraska, is off due to multiple COVID-19 cases within the Wisconsin football program.

Badgers head coach Paul Chryst is one of 12 football staff members that has reportedly tested positive for the coronavirus.  Quarterbacks Graham Mertz and Chase Wolf have also tested positive for COVID-19.  Both are out for 21 days.

The football program will pause everything for seven days, their game against Purdue on November 7th is now up in the air.

This is the first Big Ten conference game to be canceled due to COVID-19.
