What Will The Detroit Lions Do In The Offseason ?
The question I have with the Detroit Lions are they going to get more help for quarterback Matt Stafford? He has had a good career with the Lions. Detroit has been a lousy franchise for at least 50 years. Stafford, was the first pick in the first round out of Georgia. Some people like him, some people loathe him. I feel he can take this franchise to a Super Bowl. But, they need more help defensively and at the running back position.
The Detroit Lions made the playoffs last season barely and were bounced out in the first round. Can their President and G.M. Bob Quinn work some magic? He cut his teeth with the New England Patriots for around 15 years. He knows what it takes to be a great franchise. But, can he get solid free agents and great talent in the upcoming NFL Draft to come to Motown?
Matthew Stafford has become a leader of the Detroit Lions. He's tough and can fire the pigskin. But, does he have what it takes to lead this team to the Super Bowl ? The Lions for years had awful executives that made poor choices. Bob Quinn has worked with Bob Craft, Bill Belicheck and Tom Brady I really believe he is the man for the job.
