What Should MLB Do To Wake The Game Up?

So the Washington Nationals superstar Bryce Harper thinks baseball has gotten boring. So what should the MLB do? Baseball has been played for hundreds of years. There is always been characters and polarizing figures in sports. But, you can't impose baseball to wake up and stop being tired. This is funny. The new leadership with MLB Rob Manfred is payed very well to liven up the game. I love it just the way it is.
