The Blue Water area used to be my old stomping grounds for a period of time and there are so many places worth visiting. Not only is it a great place to get away but they have live entertainment, but delicious food and drink. There are several surrounding cities to check out too.

Fun in Lexington

Lexington is a quite town located near Lake Huron. There are several area beaches and golf courses you can spend the day at. After a long day out in the sun, you're going to need to replenish yourself with food and drink.

A must visit in Lexington is The Windjammer Bar & Grill! They have a phenomenal menu and serve wine from the Blue Water Winery.

The Blue Water Winery is currently closed due to the pandemic but you can keep an eye on their Facebook page for the latest updates.

Lexington Coffee Co.

Cool yourself down and wake yourself up with something delicious from Lexington Coffee Co. They have several different hot and iced coffees to try!

Are you in the mood for an even sweeter treat? Try one of their Dole Whip's that's served with Boba. Boba is a jelly ball that's made with tapioca starch. Here's a picture of one of their Watermelon Dole Whip's with Cherry Boba.

They also have loose tea leaves or fresh ground coffee to take home. Lexington Coffee Co. is located at 5533 Main St.

Lexington Village Theatre

If you're visiting the Blue Water area, you have to stop by the Lexington Village Theatre. Not only do you get to take in the beautiful Victorian architecture, but you'll be able to enjoy some live entertainment.
