U-M RB Higdon Skipping Peach Bowl
Michigan senior running back Karan Higdon (pictured) announced, via Instagram on Thursday morning, that he will not play in the Peach Bowl against Florida on December 29th so he can concentrate on preparing for the NFL Draft.
Higdon was named first team All-Big Ten in 2018. He gained over 1,100 yards in 2018, after gaining nearly 1,000 yards in 2017 as a junior.
Higdon joins defensive players Rashan Gary and Devin Bush as Wolverines who will pass up on playing in the Peach Bowl.
Karan's departure means that juniors Chris Evans and Tru Wilson should get the carries for Michigan when they play Florida next week.
