U-M Imposes Two-Game Suspension On Sherrone Moore
ESPN's Pete Thamel and Dan Wetzel are reporting on Monday morning that the University of Michigan will suspend second-year head football coach Sherrone Moore for two games in the upcoming 2025 season.
The self-imposed suspension is for the Connor Stalions sign-stealing, advanced scouting scandal that has yet to be adjudicated by the NCAA.

According to the report, Moore will be suspended for the Central Michigan and Nebraska games this season. He could be suspended further by the NCAA, as they have yet to announce a final verdict on the Stalions case.
Coach Moore (pictured above) was suspended for the opening game of the 2023 season (against East Carolina) for violations involving a separate NCAA case (the cheeseburgers during COVID case).
Michigan football opens its 2025 season on August 30th against New Mexico in Ann Arbor.
