The U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the appeal of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady to get his four-game suspension overturned in relation to the DeflateGate scandal from early 2015.

Brady's final course of action is to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. If they refuse to hear the appeal or decide for the NFL, his suspension would remain intact.
