New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his team of lawyers have announced on Monday morning that he will appeal his four-game suspension to the full 13-judge U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

A three judge panel of the same appeals court voted 2-1 last month to reverse a lower court ruling that rescinded his penalty related to the Deflategate scandal.

If Brady loses this appeal, he has the option to take his case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
