The Tigers took down the Cleveland Indians tonight in extra innings, 11-4. The Tigers started strong in the 1st after a wild pitch from Trevor Bauer allowed Ian Kinsler to come in for a run. Bryan Holaday hit a ground single, bringing home Tyler Collins and Victor Martinez. A sharp ground single from Rajai Davis scored a run from J.D. Martinez. Tigers would keep the 4-0 lead until the 4th, when  Yan Gomes hit a sacrifice fly to bring in a run from Michael Brantley. In the 6th, Gomes grounded out, allowing Carlos Santana to score. Lonnie Chisenhall hit a ground single, bringing home Jason Kipnis. In the 7th,  Brantley hit a fly double, to bring in a run from Kipnis to tie up the game. The Tigers got a second wind in the 11th after a Eugenio Suarez line drive single to score 2 runs. Victor Martinez hit a 3 run homer to give them back their lead.
