The Detroit Tigers announced, via their Twitter account on Thursday, that the team has put starting pitcher Daniel Norris (pictured) on the 10-day disabled list and have elevated pitcher Blaine Hardy from Triple A Toledo.

Norris has struggled in the 2017 season.  He is 4-7 with a 5.29 earned run average.  He took the loss in Detroit's 5-4 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday night.

The team acquired Norris from the Toronto Blue Jays in the David Price trade two seasons ago.
