The Detroit Tigers (4-2) lost to the L.A. Dodgers (6-3) tonight in Los Angeles at the bottom of the 10th inning , 3-2. The Dodgers scored the first run of the evening with a single home run by Dee Gordon at the bottom of the first. At the top of the second, Detroit's Austin Jackson hit a single run home run to tie the game. During the bottom of the 7th, a sacrificed fly ball from Justin Turner allowed Matt Kemp to make a run and gain the lead for L.A. In the top of the 9th, Victor Martinez hit a line drive single that brought in Ian Kinsler to for the tie and to take the game into the 10th inning. At the bottom of the 10th, The Dodger's Carl Crawford hit a double to bring home Chone Figgins to win the game. The Tigers play the Dodgers again tomorrow night in Los Angeles.
