The Lansing Lugnuts have a new home. The Lugnuts will be heard beginning this year on The Game 730 WVFN.

Opening day is April 8th.

People have to understand the Lansing Lugnuts are about great people and great community opportunities. We are very happy they are on WVFN. Some people never seem to see the obvious. The team members change all the time. It's about fan friendly activities. Also, being a solid part of Lansing and the surrounding areas.

The Lansing Lugnuts are a Class A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. The Blue Jays have a rich and fortified minor league system and Lansing is a big part of it. There is nothing better in the summer to go down to Cooley Law School Stadium and go to a Lugnut game. The Lugnuts have many outstanding fireworks shows and many great activities and at least 23 outstanding promotion days.

The Lugnuts have been in existence in Lansing over 20 years. They have solid owners and solid management. Lansing has been my home for 57 years and I'm proud the Lugnuts are part of Lansing's rich history. Some people don't get it and never will. When you go to a Lugnut game it's much different then going a a real major league park. The Lugnuts have a new home and I couldn't be happier.
