Fremont, Michigan is home to the Gerber Products and the birthplace of baby food.

You would see her face every time you walked past the baby food at the grocery store. Ann Turner Cook, the original Gerber baby, died on June 3, 2020.

This is going to sound a little like Paul Harvey's Rest of the Story, from back in the day. A little girl, Ann Leslie Turner, was born in Westport, Connecticut in 1926.
