Sources: WKU’s Brohm Takes Purdue Job

Yahoo Sports' Pat Forde is reporting that Purdue University has hired Western Kentucky head coach Jeff Brohm (right) as the Boilermakers new head football coach, according to media sources.

Brohm is a former Louisville and NFL quarterback.  He's been at Western Kentucky for the last three seasons.  He would replace the fired Darrell Hazell, who was let go after 3 1/2 seasons in midseason.

Purdue was 3-9 in 2016.
