Four gold medals and a bronze medal in the Rio 2016 Olympics for 19-year-old Simone Biles, and on Sunday she was rewarded justly for her great work.

Biles won gold as part of the team all-around as well as individual gold medals in the vault, floor exercise and the individual all-around competition. She came away with a bronze medal in the balance beam competition.

She is the first female American gymnast to win four gold medals in one Olympics, and fifth female gymnast overall to accomplish such a feat.

Biles is one of eight different gymnasts in history to ever take away five total medals from one Olympics, the last was Nastia Liukin in Beijing 2008.
