On Monday morning, the Cleveland Browns announced that former Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III will be the team's starting quarterback when they open the season against Philadelphia in September.

RGIII spent the first four seasons of his career with the Washington Redskins before signing with the Browns.

Griffin won the Heisman Trophy in 2011 when he was a junior at Baylor University.
