Multiple media outlets are reporting that Super Bowl LVIII (after the 2023 season) will be moved from New Orleans to Las Vegas when the NFL owners meet this week in Dallas.

A reported scheduling conflict is necessitating the move.  New Orleans, and it's Caesars' Superdome, will host the game after the 2024 season.

This will be the first time that Sin City will host the Super Bowl.  The Las Vegas Raiders moved from Oakland, California to Vegas' Allegiant Stadium after the 2019 season.

It did host the Pac-12 Championship football game this season, which was won by Utah.

Allegiant Stadium (seen above) is the home field of the Raiders.  And in addition to hosting Super Bowl LVIII, the stadium will host the Pro Bowl this season as well as the NFL Draft in late April.

SoFi Stadium, near Los Angeles, will host the Super Bowl this season.  While State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona will host the game after the 2022 season.
