Report: LSD To Play In Winter Sports Season

The Lansing School District announced on Tuesday that the three high schools within the district will play winter sports this winter.

Eastern, Everett, and Sexton high schools did not participate in fall sports this year (including football) because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The district is in remote learning until January.  The announcement only covers the three high schools and not middle school sports.  Winter sports practice begins next Monday.
