Report: Lions Hire New LB’s Coach

MLive is reporting that the Detroit Lions have hired former Tennessee Titans assistant Tyrone McKenzie as the team's new linebackers coach.

McKenzie would the fourth new assistant coach that has been hired this offseason by head coach Matt Patricia.  The team parted ways with eight assistants at the end of the regular season.

The Lions finished 3-12-1 in 2019 and have the third overall draft pick in the upcoming NFL Draft in April.
