The Detroit Red Wings have retained one of their restricted free agents this off-season.

It's winger Gustav Nyquist.  He agrees to a four-year contract to remain with the club.  Terms of the deal have not been disclosed to the media.

Gus has scored 55 goals over the last two seasons in Motown.  Including 27 tallies in the 2014-15 season.  He is part of a young core of players that are being counted on to keep the team's streak of 24 straight playoff appearances going.
