Okemos HS Postpones 3 Fall Sports To Spring

Okemos HS announced on Thursday that they are postponing volleyball, boys soccer, and girls swimming and diving to the spring because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

They join Holt as school districts to postpone those sports until the spring.  The Lansing School District has moved all fall sports to the spring.  The Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) announced last week that football would move to the spring.

The MHSAA is expected to announce what they will do with volleyball, boys soccer, and girls swimming/diving later on Thursday.
