Okemos Forward Joins MSU Basketball As a Walk-On

Okemos standout senior basketball player Connor George announced on Sunday that he will join the Michigan State men's basketball team as a preferred walk-on next season.

Connor averaged 23 points and over 10 1/2 rebounds a game this past season for coach Jeff Wonch's Chiefs.  He was a three-year varsity player for Okemos.

He is the son of MSU Volleyball Coach Kathy George.
