Since he was acquired in the Nick Jensen deal with Washington, Red Wings fans have wondered when Madison Bowey would play.  It looks like he will play tonight (February 26th).

According to M-Live, the newest Red Wings player will be in the lineup as the Red Wings host the Montreal Canadiens.

Bowey was part of the deal the Red Wings recently made with The Washington Capitals.  The trade sent former Red Wings defenseman, Nick Jensen to Washington.

The Red Wings get a player in Bowey who has appeared in 84 games in the league with the Capitals.   The right handed shot will line up with Trevor Daley.   He should be a regular in the lineup for the rest of the season.

The Red Wings are currently at 55 points and 7th in the Atlantic Conference.  They will miss the playoffs once again this season and should have a great chance at another top pick in the 2019 draft.
