MSU Used Michigan’s Florida Circus For More Disrespect Fuel

Jim Harbaugh finally got his week in the sun at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. The SEC tried to take it away, the NCAA looked into it too, but the highly publicized coach got his time and his camp done.

Mark Dantonio meanwhile saw an opportunity to motivate his players and staff calling Harbaugh's week in Florida "Michigan Week" for his program this offseason, according to 247Sports.

Michigan State traditionally chooses one week during the offseason for every opponent to analyze the game tape from previous years and get a head start on prep for next year.

From the 247Sports report, "There’s an advantage to staying here and working on Michigan every day instead of going down there," Coach Dantonio said. "So that’s what we did. We made it a Michigan week.”

Michigan State plays Michigan at Spartan Stadium on October 29th. Seven and a half months away, 226 days... but who's counting?
