Michigan State senior offensive lineman Jordan Reid (pictured, #55) announced via his Twitter account on Friday that he is opting out for the 2020 season over coronavirus concerns.

Reid's tweet;


Reid is a three-year letterwinner at MSU, and has played in 39 career games at MSU.  He has started 27 career games for the Spartans.

Reid joins defensive lineman Jacub Panasiuk as Spartan players who have decided to opt out of the 2020 season.  The Spartans will start fall practice on Friday.
