MSU Men’s Basketball: Spartans take down Golden Grizzlies, 87-61

The MSU Men's Basketball Team defeated the Golden Grizzlies of Oakland University at the Breslin Center tonight, The Spartans and the Golden Grizzlies were neck and neck for most of the first half, with MSU pulling ahead with 13 points going into halftime. The Spartans were able to add onto their lead by the final buzzer. Denzel Valentine led the Spartans in points, shooting for 19 with Branden Dawson  just behind with 15 points. As a team, The Spartans shot 34 for 61 in field goals, 9 for 19 in free throws, and 10 for 17 from the three point line.
