MHSAA Announces School Classifications For 2020-21

The Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) announced on Monday the new school classifications for the 2020-21 school year.

As far as the Lansing area school are concerned, Fowlerville and Ionia move up from Class B to Class A, while Perry moves down to Class C from Class B.  Lansing Martin Luther School will be eligible for MHSAA Tournaments for the first time this coming school year, likely in Class D.

The new school classifications are a result of the annual head count that occurs every February.
