Mateen Cleaves Back In Court

Former Michigan State basketball star Mateen Cleaves is back in a Genesee County, MI courtroom on Tuesday morning facing a preliminary examination on the sexual assault allegations against him.

The original allegations stem from a September, 2015 incident in a Flint-area hotel room involving a 24 year old woman.

Cleaves has been on leave from Fox Sports Detroit for more than a year to deal with this case.  He is a Pistons analyst for FSD as well as a college basketball analyst for the CBS Sports Network.
