Mason HS’s Stambaugh Wins H.S. Student-Athlete of the Week
Dowding Industries and the Lansing Sports Commission presents the High School Student-Athlete of the Week.
And this week's honoree is Levi Stambaugh, a senior shooting guard for the Mason HS boys basketball team.
Levi is having an excellent season for the CAAC Red-leading Bulldogs. He had 27 points in Mason's 57-50 victory over Marshall last week. And in a game earlier this season, he scored all 16 of his points in the second half and overtime in a 66-57 victory over Brighton.
Levi is a three-year starter for head coach Lee Chaney, and will play basketball at the University of Olivet next season.
And he's also an excellent student, carrying a 3.24 grade point average.
