Second-year coach Gary Houghton has 11 starters back from a team that struggled offensively, especially early in the season, where they went 2-7.

Houghton says the team is really pointing to the first game of the season, which is Okemos.  The Chiefs shut out the 'Dogs 46-0 last season.  And Houghton says the boys are hungry for redemption.

The CAAC Red has Fowlerville and Williamston moving up from the White, with Eastern moving down from the Blue.  If they can beat Okemos, a winning season is possible as well as a playoff appearance.
