Peyton Manning Inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame, Tom Brady Attends
This past weekend former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning was inducted into the NFL Pro Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. He was joined by his friend and former competitor Tom Brady. It was quite the scene seeing those two immortals having a great time together.
Peyton Manning could run for president and win. I'm not joking either; he is just in a class all by himself. Manning led both the Colts and the Broncos to Super Bowls. He had one hurdle in his career getting by Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. It seemed like for a while the AFC Championship was between the Indy Colts and the New England Patriots. Brady just owned Manning that entire time.
With the Patriots, Brady just steamrolled most of the competition. But Peyton Manning was a tough competitor. He sat out one year and came back with the Broncos when he was forced out of the Colts organization for rookie Andrew Luck. On the other hand, Tom Brady may be the greatest quarterback in the history of the NFL.
Tom Brady has won 7 Super Bowls, a 5x Super Bowl MVP, 3x NFL MVP and the list goes on and on.
These two men are two of the best quarterbacks in the history of the game. Just seeing these guys having a great time at the Pro Football Hall of Fame was pretty cool. I have never interviewed these two epic quarterbacks, but someday I might.
I really admire the greatness of both these superlative athletes. The world is lucky to have seen these guys perform. What Tom Brady did last season with his new team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and winning the Super Bowl was pure greatness.
