Looks like this season is over for MSU football with the MSU versus Maryland game cancelled due to Covid issues again with Maryland. MSU will probably just shut it down until next season and get ready for the 2021 season.

With all of the craziness of this Pandemic, it’s wise just to take a step back and get organized for next season.

I think MSU’s Head Coach Mel Tucker did a solid job under his given circumstances and situations. The Spartans will lose players in the portal, but they have already gained players with experience in the transfer portal. They will be better at the quarterback position, that’s for sure!

The Pandemic has been tough on everyone and everything. But in the sports world it has been really nuts.

Now, don’t get me wrong, thousands of people have died from the coronavirus, gotten sick and lost jobs. That is much more important than sports. Let’s not lose sight of this.

But getting back to MSU football, it was a trying season with COVID hurdles and obstacles. Now Coach Tucker can regroup for next year. The vaccine is being distributed around the world as I do this post. Thank the Lord too! This season is a wrap.

Coach Tucker, under these circumstances, you should hold your head up! Good luck next season.
