Little League World Series Coach Heads to Mound to Tell Son He Loves Him

Witness a great moment for youth sports.

During Tuesday’s consolation game between Italy and Oregon at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa., Oregon coach Joel Jensen walked out to the mound to give his son, Isaiah, some words of encouragement.

We always hear the stereotype about Little League parents being too hard on their kids, so let this serve as a reminder that, yes, there are moms and dads out there who work hard in their best interests and remember to serve as positive role models.

Oregon won’t win the Little League World Series, but with coaching like this, those kids will return home winners.
