It was a happy Thanksgiving for the Detroit Lions, taking down the Chicago Bears, 34-17. The Bears didn't waste any time getting things started in the 1st quarter, with Jay Cutler making a 17 yard pass to Alshon Jeffery for a Touchdown. The Lions got on the board after a Matt Prater Field Goal. Chicago added onto their lead after Cutler threw another pass to Jeffery for a TD. Detroit got their first TD in the 2nd after a 25 yard pass from Matt Stafford to Calvin Johnson. Joique Bell made a TD to take the lead away from Chicago. But the Lions wern't done yet, Stafford made another TD pass to Johnson with 28 seconds left in the first half, giving them a 24-14 lead going into halftime. Robbie Gould kicked a 35 yard field goal to bridge the gap, 24-17. Joique Bell made another TD in the 4th, taking the Lions 31-17. Prater kicked another field goal, giving Detroit a 34-17 lead.
