Lansing-Area H.S. Football Top 10 Poll – (After Week 9)
The regular season is now over for high school football in the state of Michigan. And 21 Lansing-area teams made the postseason this fall.
Congratulations are in order for DeWitt, who clinched the outright CAAC Blue championship with a 55-20 victory over Everett last Friday night. And special congrats to Leslie, who won the Cascades Conference championship by beating Hanover-Horton on the road in the league's title game last Saturday, 35-14.
It's the Blackhawks first Cascades title in only their second year in the league.
We will have the St. Johns at DeWitt game on our airwaves this coming Friday night. It's the Division 3 district semifinals from Memorial Stadium in DeWitt. Brock Palmbos will have the pregame at 6:00pm with Erik "Doc" Love joining him from DeWitt just before 7:00pm.
